Moving on to the prophetic word of the day…
In prayer, I saw a man climbing an extremely tall pole. He is climbing with maximum effort. It seems to be never-ending. I sense that the man is climbing so tirelessly because he feels that getting to the top will cause people to exalt him.
The Father says:
“Your worldly career matters none to My kingdom. The efforts you put forth to place your status above others on earth do not add to who you are in My kingdom. People of the world focus on physical things. Things seen on the outside. I only care about things inside. To have every possession in the world, but have a heart filled with wickedness, serves My kingdom none. Faith should be accompanied by work. This is true. But who does this “work” serve? Do you serve yourself attempting to reach a status that makes people of the world exalt you above Me? Do you serve a job that only cares about making money rather than serving those who are truly in need? Do you serve idols who you focus on more than Me? Or do you serve lustful urges that control your every thought? Let your works be those of righteousness. Embrace serving the Kingdom!”
That is the word of the Lord.
